A nice well made frame at a very affordable price. However the plexiglass is so shinny and reflects so much light that it distracts from the print or photo. It would be more suited to a room with little or very little natural lighting. Will look for non glare plexiglass or acrylic to replace what it came with or buy a different frame.

I have been using this company for a few years now and do recommend them to others. The website could be a lot easier to navigate especially for custom orders, but all in all I'm happy with my purchases.

I thought they were well built. The other frame I purchased from the same company is. For the money, they should be consistently. This one isn't. Framed a puzzle about a month ago, it fits perfectly, doesn't put pressure on any part of the frame. It's been sitting flat upright on the floor of a closet since framed. Picked it up to hang and three of the corners are separating. Not in the back where the joint fasteners are, but the front. A gap large enough to see the acrylic sheet shine through the gap(1/32" - 1/16") of two corners. Upper left, right, and lower right corners are all gapping. So, probably not trued in the jig when assembled. Doesn't matter why, it's bad quality. I'm not going through the hassle of returns/refunds, I'll fix it myself. Not a good value for the money. I gave it a shot for it being "Made in USA", even if it was faux wood. I probably wouldn't use that boast if your quality, or quality control, isn't any better than this. A dab of wood glue isn't gonna bust your bottom line. It takes 10 seconds, before locking it in a jig and would, pretty likely, solve this issue permanently. If you're going to use "Made in US" then make it worthy, otherwise it's just dishonest. Hopefully the other frame, I bought with this one, holds up better. 2 stars due to it does look nice, it is a sturdy frame, if built right. It may just be a bad apple in the bunch. I hate giving poor reviews, but it's what you get, if that's what the product deserved.
