The cardboard on the back creates wrinkles in my picture where there were not wrinkles before. So bummed. Would not recommend. Next time I will put this money towards a professional frame.

The frame is good. Unfortunately, it has no string or hooks that can be used to hang it from a wall.

I asked for glass. Frame materials say wood and glass. I thought that was what I was purchasing for almost $40. Plexi glass was a complete disappointment and is almost unacceptable.

This frame is exactly what I was looking for. It goes very well with my granddaughters pictures. Thanks for a quality product, well made.

Perfect frame and mat for my husbands diploma! The only thing is that there were no drill holes on the back to hang it up so we had to do that

This was a difficult size for a precious signed print that had a glass frame. The wood border enhances the print and makes a great addition to our home. EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

The product was mostly what I expected: solid black frame with clear plexiglass so it's not too heavy. Plexi came covered in removable plastic sheeting to protect it, which was nice. Well-packaged for shipping overall. It's tough to find things in unusual sizes, so in that sense this was a great deal!The backing is cheap cardboard; be prepared to paint it/cover it or provide your own if your image doesn't exactly fit the frame. (Ours was almost exactly the size, so we were able to get away with just covering the edges of the cardboard in electric tape to make it black.) My main gripe, however, is that it was very difficult to hang. First of all, the frame uses those bendable metal tabs to hold the backing in place, which is the worst solution to that problem among the frames I've gotten. The frame also came with hardware to hang separated, which meant it had to be manually screwed into the frame, difficult to do without a power tool to make a guide hole. Even then, it didn't even come with enough screws to fully secure the brackets anyway, and no instructions of any kind as to how to go about any of it. So that was a pain. But luckily that's the sort of problem you only have to solve once. Once we got it up, it looks great and hangs well. So as long as you're comfortable with that little bit of DIY, I recommend the frame.

Beautiful product just as described.

The frame is the perfect color for our pet memory portrait. The plexiglass looks like glass. I will definitely purchase again.
