Quality products. The web site is easy to use and the frames come packaged well with prompt delivery.

The matting is great and so is the shipping. However, the quality of the frames is terrible. What is described on the website as a “maple” frame is actually a film/veneer of computer-generated maple grain pattern wrapped around a composite board core.

This will be my last order from Art To Frames.

On Trac left my package in the road outside of a gated community where it was run over. On Trac has done this several times. No such issue with UPS, FedEx , etc

The white frame I received had none of the gold accent coloring pictured. All plain white. Boring and disappointing.

Other potential customers should know that when you receive the frame, it's almost non-existent! How can you charge for something that is literally low quality cardboard for a backing?? Very thin 'wood' frame. When I placed my order, I read 30 day replacement/refund. What it DOESN'T say there is that you will have to pay for the return shipping. In the several times I contacted customer 'service', they didn't even answer what my actual question was, but rather went on their own explanation regarding the acrylic cover. Or, I would receive an automated response of closure, during their listed open hours. In all of my experience purchasing online, i haven't ever been confronted by such an uncaring company. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company! Unfortunately, all we sometimes see as potential customers, are the 5 star ratings and glowing reviews! I honestly don't understand how other folks are fine with spending SO MUCH money on corrugated cardboard. Some companies just never understand that customer service is the backbone of a business, and something that will grant them repeat customers and glowing recommendations. They get to keep my money, in their refusal to acknowledge a misleading advertisement. But, I have to wonder . . . did they really win?

Perfect fit for an odd sized picture. Love being able to get a frame in any custom size that can't be found locally, or at the exorbitant prices of a frame shop. Great quality, great value.
