Yes. Art To Frame ships custom picture frames to every state in the US via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Economy shipping starts at $8.00 and Standard (2-5 business day) shipping is $10.97. Orders over $49 may qualify for free shipping promotions.
How long does it take to receive my custom frame?
Frames are produced in 2-3 business days, then shipped. With Economy shipping (USPS), expect delivery in 7-14 business days. Standard FedEx/UPS shipping delivers in 2-5 additional business days after production. Track your order with a confirmation email.
Can I order a frame in a non-standard size?
Absolutely. That's our specialty. You enter any dimensions during checkout, down to the eighth of an inch, and we cut it precisely to fit. Custom sizing is available at the same price as standard sizes on most products.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
We package every order with heavy-duty corner protectors and foam. In the rare case that a frame is damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost. Take a photo on arrival for the fastest resolution.
