Art to Frames is incredible. I was worried about colors not matching the website, but everything was exactly the same tone and hue as seen online. Packaged very well and arrived within a week! This was my first time framing a large poster by myself and I couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. I will be using this company for many years to come! Absolutely zero complaints!

Your system resized the size of my order. I chose a 20x20 with a 2" mat with a 16x16 opening. I received some weird size that no one in their right mind would order. I wanted to return it. But your return policy is abhorrent. Never doing business with you again. Would love to win $150 Gift Card to compensate me for the money I cannot recoup.

Perfect frame for a canvas painting, not just printed images! I did have to slightly cut down the canvas to fit in the frame down to the specific measurements of my order. There is also a slight lip around the frame so about a 1/4 is not shown (does prevent the edges of the painting from showing though!). Overall would order again- I have 5 frames from ArtToframe.com now.

Ordered three white frames for three watercolor commissions. All three had poorly put together joints, one had a scratch. Would like a full refund, or three sent that are perfect.
