Fast delivery and items were packaged well so they arrived unscathed. Only suggestion to make it perfect would be to include 2 hangers per frame instead of one.

The wrong size frame arrived, and without matt, and no one has called me back!!!

Nice quality. The shipping time is quite fast, and I love the fact that they do custom sizes. Under certain lighting conditions there is a slight shine to this frame which makes it appear as dark charcoal instead of jet black, but that does not degrade the outstanding look of my lunar eclipse print in this frame.

I received a quality frame on time for less than half of what it would have cost me to get it framed at a local store. I wish it had come with instructions for attaching the wire, but I figured it out. The framed print looks great on my wall!

This frame was a perfect fit for the PickforU Funny Chickens jigsaw puzzle. It only took a couple minutes to set the puzzle into the frame! No problem whatsoever! I will definitely order from ArtToFrames again for my next puzzle that I decide to frame.

The frame is nice but the description is misleading While it comes with the hanging hardware , there are no predrilled holes or instructions for installing the hardware . This plexiglass is very glossy and it will be expensive to replace it . . This frame is priced for a lower price on the seller web site and the option to have the hardware attached is available, as well as, select plexiglass .Misleading and frustrating.

The fit was perfect, of course. The care and thought that went into the packaging is impressive. Color was spot on as well. I'll purchase frames from this company in the future.

Frame seems to be built well but standard sizing for frames is usually in inches. This product is measured by centimeters. So that could throw off what you think you’re getting and you have to pay for return shipping which was $11 in my case so pay attention to size in centimeters!
