Exactly what I wanted

If I didn’t absolutely NEED this today to use for a gift, I would’ve returned it. Came broken. The flimsy plastic kept falling out of the frame, had to use duct tape on the back to keep everything together. One small wind, this frame will probably implode. Also “mahogany” looks like cherry wood.

The frame color was accurate. I’m giving it two stars because it didn’t come with a sturdy backing. The white backing is just a thin piece of corrugated cardboard and it had a serial number imprinted on it. So I couldn’t use it as a backdrop for the image I was framing.

Great company. Delivers as promised, appropriately package to ensure no breakage. Very responsive to requests. Second time ordering and will continue.

I ordered this frame, and it arrived broken, specifically the actual frame itself. The ArtOfFrames was prompt in exchanging it and sending a new one, but the second frame arrived broken in the exact same way. It is a nice-looking frame, but I can see that it's just cheap particle board painted nicely, since the actual frame portion broke with each shipment. The build quality, combined with the fact that both times the frame was shipped in a box that was too large and had zero buffering or padding, is pretty disappointing. I really wanted this frame for its looks, but the company needs to get its shipping packaging in order. Also, now seeing how cheaply it was made, despite looking nice, I do not think it warrants the price tag. Just be advised if you are looking at this frame for build quality.
