First frame arrived broken. Second frame shipped promptly. Frame corners had ink on them which got onto my ceiling & all over my hands and watch. Poor quality & quality control. Would not purchase again.

The picture looks great in the frame. If I need to get another frame that size I will order that again

Quality frame, quick delivery. The only thing I would have liked is a better hanger to hang it on the wall. Or have it already ready to hang on that wall. Why aren't frames created to hang on the wall anymore? It's a pain.

The customer service at ArtToFrames is second to none! I am so impressed with their patience and knowledge and sincere desire to help! Over the years, I have placed orders for several puzzle, poster, and artwork frames that look amazing, and most recently I ordered more custom puzzle frames (always measure your completed puzzles- don’t trust what the puzzle box says) and custom frames with mats that came just a little banged up. The imperfections weren’t huge but were unlike the awesome quality I received in the past so I just called to ask and they were extremely helpful and replaced every single item that was less than perfect, no questions asked. I was already a forever customer but my recent experience just further supports me highly recommending them for any of your framing needs.

I ordered a nice large frame (16" x 24") and had them print an image I scanned from a 35mm Kodachrome slide and mount my photograph. Somebody made a mistake when they printed my image, so when I brought it to their attention, they handled it with precision professionalism, fixing the problem, and as promptly as possible completed my order. I used them because about a year ago as a new customer I purchased a large frame with 2 masks for some artwork I had. I was able to use their online tool to upload my image, to "see what the mask(s) and frame will look like", which was a big help. I am delighted with the frame that I received. Not only is it beautiful, the construction is solid and I know will last. The best part of my experience was the care taken in wrapping the frame. I was away when the frame was delivered (it arrived faster than anticipated) and there were heavy rains in the area over several days. When I returned home, the box was falling apart, and I was sure the frame would be ruined. However, it was so well wrapped within the box that no water even touched it! I would recommend Art to Frames to anyone and would absolutely use them again in the future.
