The frame is beautiful! Went well with my puzzle!

I buy a lot of frames. This is a quality frame!

I'm pretty disappointed. Art To Frames makes a fantastic product, but this arrived with damage to all four corners. It wasn't packed as well as usual and was shipped in an overly large box and I think it got banged around too much. I am keeping it, but wasn't as pleased as I usually am with their frames.

Love our frame. Great coloring, durability, and it’s easy to hang. Would recommend!

These look good but the plastic warped and also didn’t hold the art in tight.

For the price, I expected hanging hardware to be attached or at least included. This frame size is hard to come by, so I'll be keeping it. The frame itself is beautiful. I bought it to frame some of my son's artwork from school. Looks great!

I'm impressed with the great service and value I recieved when ordering from ArtToFrames. The detailed questioning sbout what I needed, the fast shipping and epert packaging were great, ArtToFrames is my new go to shop for framing service and materials.

I have been a long time customer and bought MANY frames without any issues. Most recently, I bought 4 more custom frames. 3 came with no issues, but 1 had cracked plexiglass all the way from side to side. When asking them to simply correct sending me a faulty product, Mercedes accused me of damaging it myself, and said that it was "the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt." I DID inspect the item; that's why I was asking for a replacement! We then had a few more emails back and forth where she asked for pictures from certain angles, I provided them, and then she replied asking for pictures which were in my email. SHE WASN'T EVEN READING THE EMAILS. After a few more emails back and forth, she agreed to replace it but only if I paid shipping! I said ABSOLUTELY NOT, as my expectation is that if I order something it will come in working order, and if not, the company will stand by their product. Only after threatening to escalate it, did she send me a replacement. And then, UNBELIEVABLY, she sent the wrong size. This after I specifically wrote her a final email to confirm the correct size was being sent, and she replied confirming the size. It was still incorrect! We're now going on almost 2 months to get a simple frame order resolved. Absolutely the worst customer service and quality control I have ever received in my life.
