The frame arrived completely snapped. Even the cellophane wrapping failed to cover the broken wood. Terrible design and poor quality. The return policy is just as disappointing. You have to pay for return shipping with no QR code provided. You only receive a refund after they receive and inspect the damaged product they sent you. Why should customers pay to return something that arrived broken? Would not recommend.

This unusual size was hard to find. I should’ve checked Amazon at first. Not only did they have what I needed, the price was fair also.

Terrible. Slow shipping that i paid for and mediocre quality at best. sharp backing knobs caused a cut and blood on back of art piece. Never again.
