Loved the frame - glass was broken upon arrival and unpacking - despite wonderful packaging that included bubble wrap and cardboard supports. Darn shipping:)

If you are hesitant, don't be! I am SO pleased and impressed with ArtToFrames. I bought 4 frames that averaged $100 each. For CUSTOM frames! You get to customize everything and make it exactly how you want it, all from the comfort of your home. And no kidding, I placed this order and they had it made and packed within 48 hours. It was incredible. My specific dimensions, both mat color choices (although you can choose only one if you'd like but we like the finished look of a border), the frame color, all sizes and dimensions, heck you even get to choose glass vs plexi and what level of quality you'd like (note: it shows you the cost difference!) and your hanger type. Unbelievable! I couldn't be more pleased. And all packed very well and no issues with shipping and delivery. I placed my order and it was on my doorstep within a week. No independent frame shop could do that and they would charge you 4-5 X the price. I will be using ArtToFrames again and again and will recommend it to everyone I know. SO GOOD!!!!

Extremely surprised with the product quality, price, packaging, and fast delivery . I was looking for months for this frame but every place i went or checked they wanted a fortune and here i got it for less than a half the price and great quality. I will recommend from now on and of course I'll keep buy from them.

The color of the matting in the frame was very different from what was shown in the photograph. Since it didn't match our wall color and since no other advertised color appealed to us, we decided to return the frame. Much to our surprise, however, the shipping cost to return the frame was almost as much as the frame itself. So we just kept the frame and put it in the basement. We won't order anything from this vendor again.

The wire supplied was not long enough.
The frame feels very flimsy. It feels like it will fill apart when you pick it up. You can see in the picture that the side looks a little bowed.
It also looks like the finish is applied via a colored tape or paper.
