Not true to size. Does not fit a 1000 piece puzzle as advertised. It is very cheap looking/feeling, not worth $30+ and cost over $10 to return it.

Frame quality is top notch. Frame and mat sizes were exactly as ordered. Shipping was exceptionally fast and was packaged with care.

We needed these frames as we have 5grandchildren who graduated High School and 1 graduated college. We love to acknowledge thr accomplishments so we love having them up on the wall.

Nice quality frames. We used them for a couple of vintage automotive posters that we donated to a Porsche Club silent auction and everyone commented how great the frames looked. They really dressed up both posters, which were in grade “B” condition.

Upon receipt under the protective packaging there was a chip of paint off one corner. Their customer service was fantastic. I sent them a picture of the damaged corner and they immediately agreed to a partial refund, which appeared in my account within hours. I repaired the damage. The frame looks wonderful on the wall with my artwork. I will buy from them again.

I had a very oddly sized poster that needed a specific frame to fit properly. I was able to order a custom-sized frame in the color I desired, and it matched and fit perfectly! Arrived well packaged and in great shape, which was also a breath of fresh air after attempting to order a frame from another website that arrived damaged. Very happy and will be using ArtToFrames for all my future framing needs! :)
