Other potential customers should know that when you receive the frame, it's almost non-existent! How can you charge for something that is literally low quality cardboard for a backing?? Very thin 'wood' frame. When I placed my order, I read 30 day replacement/refund. What it DOESN'T say there is that you will have to pay for the return shipping. In the several times I contacted customer 'service', they didn't even answer what my actual question was, but rather went on their own explanation regarding the acrylic cover. Or, I would receive an automated response of closure, during their listed open hours. In all of my experience purchasing online, i haven't ever been confronted by such an uncaring company. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company! Unfortunately, all we sometimes see as potential customers, are the 5 star ratings and glowing reviews! I honestly don't understand how other folks are fine with spending SO MUCH money on corrugated cardboard. Some companies just never understand that customer service is the backbone of a business, and something that will grant them repeat customers and glowing recommendations. They get to keep my money, in their refusal to acknowledge a misleading advertisement. But, I have to wonder . . . did they really win?

Very happy with my antique gold frame with beads and single mat border. Order and delivery process was all smooth. I probably could have found the frame cheaper elsewhere but not with custom mat.

The color of the frame was perfect. The size fit the picture very well. We could not be happier with our purchase. If we need to frame anything else we will be contacting you.

Prompt service. The quality is acceptable not great but it is good.

Don’t buy this. It’s cut poorly. I have purchased this two times and it was not able to fit in an 8x10 frame. You will be charged $16 for return shipping and a return “fee” robbery.

Great frame. Lightweight. Less 1 star because it is NOT distressed at all. can't get a refund so I'll use it but kinda really wanted the distressed one. I will buy more for my diamomd paintings tho.

After reading reviews, I was a little hesitant knowing that if something was wrong with the frames, I would have to pay to return them. Thankfully, I had no issues. I knew about the plexiglass (which was my preference because I needed something lightweight) and I knew I had to pay for shipping. I ordered 4 huge frames that held 4 8x10 photos for a total of 16 photos. I had taken my kids to get headshots in black shirts in order to make a large black and white collage with their different facial expressions. We have a huge wall in our basement family room and these large frames are perfect, but I will need some saw tooth hangers because there is no way I am gonna attempt to hang these straight across with wire. If you get the big frames, have a microfiber cloth at hand. First, I wiped down the frames. I took off the back, then the matte, wiped the matte and attached the photos. Then remove the film on the back of the plexiglass and replaced the matte and backing. Then I pulled the film from the front of the plexiglass halfway and then attached the back to that half, rotated the frame and removed the rest of the film and attached the rest of the back. I took all the film off at once the first time and got hair and other particles sticking to the plexiglass glass from the carpet. These will look fabulous on my wall, the frames were packaged perfectly, and I could easily carry the large box to our basement. In about 5 years we'll go back for a new set of photos but I love looking at all the fun expressions. My kids like it too.

I used this to create a collage of family and friends and my wife loves it. And I think it turned out to be one of my best diy projects.

I'm 75, and this is the first frame I've ever bought that didn't have the hanging hardware installed. You'd think the frame would have at least pre-drilled holes to easily attach the hanging hardware with screws. You'd be wrong. You'll need a drill and have to figure out on what size drill bit to use for the included screws.
