These look good but the plastic warped and also didn’t hold the art in tight.

For the price, I expected hanging hardware to be attached or at least included. This frame size is hard to come by, so I'll be keeping it. The frame itself is beautiful. I bought it to frame some of my son's artwork from school. Looks great!

I have been a long time customer and bought MANY frames without any issues. Most recently, I bought 4 more custom frames. 3 came with no issues, but 1 had cracked plexiglass all the way from side to side. When asking them to simply correct sending me a faulty product, Mercedes accused me of damaging it myself, and said that it was "the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt." I DID inspect the item; that's why I was asking for a replacement! We then had a few more emails back and forth where she asked for pictures from certain angles, I provided them, and then she replied asking for pictures which were in my email. SHE WASN'T EVEN READING THE EMAILS. After a few more emails back and forth, she agreed to replace it but only if I paid shipping! I said ABSOLUTELY NOT, as my expectation is that if I order something it will come in working order, and if not, the company will stand by their product. Only after threatening to escalate it, did she send me a replacement. And then, UNBELIEVABLY, she sent the wrong size. This after I specifically wrote her a final email to confirm the correct size was being sent, and she replied confirming the size. It was still incorrect! We're now going on almost 2 months to get a simple frame order resolved. Absolutely the worst customer service and quality control I have ever received in my life.

The color is quite a bold gold. Not a soft gold. Just be aware.

I hemmed and hawed over buying this but I’m so glad I did! I gave 5 stars because… PRICE - a steal for the quality and the size. At 32x37 inches, frames are expensive! I shopped around and ArtToFrames was the only brand I could find that wasn’t over $150 and I decided on this frame bc it was green and simple. ASSEMBLY - aside from the hanging equipment, there is no assembly required AND I actually hung it without it bc there was a ledge and the frame is sturdy enough to withstand it. So for me, no assembly. PACKAGING/SHIPPING/CONDITION OF FRAME - I was happily surprised that this arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. It was very well protected and packaged. Not a single ding on the wood or scratches on the frame. Quality: it’s simply gorgeous. Even my husband was blown away and he’s not a decor guy. You can’t tell in the picture but the color in the wood grain changes depending on how dark the grain is and I love that. It’s like an art piece all in its own. It’s a good weight so it’s not flimsy but not too heavy in that I didn’t have to use the picture hanger to hang it. I could use heavy duty tacks and that worked.

Had my father put together a 2,000 piece puzzle. Fit perfect and looks great in my kitchen

Very pretty shade. Looked good on my lamp. Cheaply made. One of the stays broke the second time I put it on the lampshade after I moved the lamp.
