Item arrived at promised. Well packed and as described.

The frame looks great, but cheaply designed when it comes to the tiny little metal pieces you have to bend to get the picture in and secured. A couple of them broke off, but there were enough around the frame to where I didn’t need to return. Also what they send you to mount with is very cheap. I’ll buy something better to hang it with.

I'm not happy with t look. Is a bad quality I'm not recommending... so glad didn't order 2????

These are sturdy, very well made picture frames. They are well put together and quite solid. The look of the gold frame says it is not cheaply constructed/finished. I am happy with my purchase of three 12x16 frames, and it is likely that I will purchase another in a different size with no hesitation.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! They scam people.
They advertise that you may return for a full refund and then charge $63.53 for the UPS return of a 5# package from Ohio to Connecticut, as well as a $13.28 return fee. My item was returned in the original packaging with all components and shrink wrap still in place. Very unethical company.

This came package well and for good reason this was made so cheaply. For over $70 I expected glass but it was plastic. The frame was so flimsily made I expected it to fall apart if I handled it too much. This should have been priced at $19.99 and that might be a stretch. The seller should owe me $50. It gets 1 star because it did manage to do what I wanted it to do with delicate handling.

My fault for not reading the description of the frame not being included, but this is an expensive for it only being the mat and once I realized it was only the mat and tried to return, they have a return fee of 1/2 the price of the product!!

It is sturdy. Good condition. Hangs well (might need a level). Much lighter than old ones so it was easier to hold.
