The three large frames I ordered all looked great, arrived on time, and the price was very good. I have a portrait studio and I buy a lot of frames. I'll be buying more from this company in the future.

Great frame, easy no nonsense to purchase

The frame is absolutely PERFECT! The matting is beautiful and really sets off the document I framed. All parts of the frame are quality material. I can hardly wait to order my other frames.

The frame looks fine, but the hardware for the dovetails at the corners in impossible to install because the frame is not square. I also broke the wood in several places on the dovetail female parts. I'm not going to return it because I need it for a party. Instead, if you're up for buying some additional hardware (flat steel corner connectors and screws) and doing some DIY work to square it up and hold it together, go for it.

Very pretty. However they consistently run out of the styles/shades - so then what do you do when you need more? Start over and order a new style?? My suggestion is to buy like 10 upfront if you like it so you don't run into what happened to me.

The frame itself is great for the price, but the acrylic/plastic front reflects light pretty easily. You might want to get some non-reflective acrylic to replace it with if it’s noticeable enough.

I really love the huge selection of frames, and that I can order custom sizes and even the various glass options available! I have been please with the whole process; from order to delivery. I've ordered at least 5 separate orders, if not more.

This was a replacement frame for the first one that was delivered with the glass broken into multiple pieces & defect in frame corner. Second did arrive not broken but in an unmarked box that didn't say fragile or glass or breakable like they promised would be . Very cheaply made product, Defects in frame corner makes the frame unusable to some degree. I won't ever order from this company again. Too expensive for what you get.

My son gave me a rare print of my ancestry people's in the 1800's and I needed a frame for it and I found art to frame. After reading many reviews I gave it a shot. Let me tell you that I am so in love with my frame. The way it was packaged was carefully done and the color is amazing. Once I put my print in the frame my heart was exploding with joy. Thank you so much for the beautiful craftsmanship of the frame. I will be recommending my friends get frames from you. I will be getting more from art to frame in the future.
