I ordered two panels. One was fine but the other was all unfinished rough edges on all the ruffles. I’ve contacted their customer support. Will update once I have heard back. Quality control would have prevented this. Every single edge was like this.

Awesome! Picture frame definitely fits the diamond painting that I needed it for, but I do wish that it came with at least one border to make it fit a little nicer. But I'm just glad I finally found a picture frame that will fit it! I can make a border myself if I need to. It's not a big deal.

Matting leaves a little to be desired, tricky to get it positioned correctly and disappointed the hanging equipment wasn't pre-installed.

The Color, the shaping and molding, and cutting/sizing of it are all perfect!

The Tru Vue Optimum Museum acrylic definitely reduces the glare, so much that the acrylic looked invisible before I placed my art print in the frame!!! Without the severe glare, I can actually see the art I've put up in my room now. The acrylic panels arrived in tact, and were very well packaged. Acrylic doesn't break nearly as easily as glass, so I wasn't too worried! I don't know if it is worth the high price as I don't know much about acrylic or framing, but I do not regret my purchase at all and will be buying more.
