The inner mat barely covered my 9 x 24 painting. It took a while to get it set to make sure it was all under the mat. It did not leave any play for adjustment. The frame is nice , The acrylic glass was great and the mats were nice, just cut a bit bigger than planned.

Had an issue with one of 2 frames the first time in shipping. Even though it was a minor issue- it wasnt good enough to display. The situation was handled promptly and with ease for the most part. Value of the frames is about as good as your going to find unless your ordering bulk direct from China- especially odd sizes.

I had a problem paying for my items with my credit card. Other than that I was very satisfied with Art to Frames.

Initially ordering was a bit confusing. As an artist I am used to ordering by the frame opening size and the mat opening size; not by the size of my artwork.
I was very satisfied with the product. The package was delivered inside my screened solid roof entry foyer as it should have been although I was puzzled as to why it was not left leaning against the solid wall but instead was left against the one screened wall that left the package unprotected in the unpredictable south Florida rain. Again, I was very satisfied with the product, but could only rate it 4 stars overall due to the above two issues.

The frame is great and it came fast. The glass was broken but it was quickly replaced and wrapped very well. Thank you!

Awesome customer service. Large frame arrived with damage. Art To Frames accepted photos and immediately sent a replacement at no expense to me. I've used Art To Frames before, and recommend them to anyone!
