It was a gift for a friend. You made framing an European size art archivally very easy. I framed it myself and thought it turned out great. My friend loved it.

I keep receiving emails asking for feedback on my order, and I keep responding that I am not happy with what I received. No one from this company reaches out, though. They seem to only pretend to care about customer satisfaction.

Great frame ! Worked well

Well made tho a bit pricey. Included was everything needed to hang the frame. It was very well packed and protected. We are very pleased with the quality of this.

Disappointed that the mitered corners don’t seem to be glued—they’re only stapled from the back. So three out of the four corners have a pretty bad gap that’s quite noticeable when this is hanging on the wall. Also, the frame is slightly warped and doesn’t lean flat against my wall. Cheap quality for the price. I’m debating exchanging this for another one, but I fear it would most likely have the same problem due to the construction methods.

This picture frame is very cheap looking! I was so ashamed to hang it on my wall. The entire frame was awfully made and looked like a thin piece of paper. Not the frame that I ordered for sure! I would not buy again.

The website is easy to use, the frame is beautiful and I especially appreciate how it comes wrapped in recyclable paper material, and not yards of bubble wrap! A sign that a lot of thought goes into their products.
