The frame itself is great - except it was delivered in a thin, cardboard wrapper. It was delivered in front of my garage (not the front door) in the pouring rain. No bubble wrap to protect the contents. I had to dry it myself and let it air-dry for several days to get the moisture from the wood & plastic. I bought it to display a beautiful translation of John 3:16. It's been 8 days; the backing is warped, and the wood has a watermark. I can't use it. I'll have to buy another frame. Nice frame - poor delivery.

Not cut correctly. One edge had an extra protrusion sticking out. Luckily it wasn't large enough to not fit in the frame I was using.

I paid a little more for this version than what was available elsewhere, but the options made it worth it because I got the frame and mat colors that perfectly matched the artwork. It really stands out and looks great.

I love that I had a choice of colors for my puzzles. They arrived quickly, were packaged very securely, and my puzzles look fantastic!

Definitely need two people to assemble.

Better off going to hobby lobby. Frame is very cheap and flimsy. The backing is way too loose. Not worth the money. Very disappointed and waiting to hear back from customer services for a refund.

The item was broken when arrived. I've ordered several of these frames for my diamond painting and thankfully this is the first to come damaged. Going to return the broken frame to get a new one.
