My two frames arrived, beautifully wrapped for protection. The two matching frames were exactly what I needed to frame original artworks. It was simple to do. I added brown Kraft paper to the backs for a more professional finish, and look forward to hanging the pictures. I appreciated how helpful and clear the service person was with whom I spoke when ordering. She helped me stick to my budget.

Corner gaps plexi-glass instead of glass, poor construction. Good packaging tho

Easy to install. We used a sharp knife to cut it. You can’t see in but you can see out. I think it looks beautiful. All it took was water and you can use a card to get out the bubbles and smooth it out.

Fit my 2000 piece LOTR puzzle perfectly. Have 2 more to do to finish the series and the color fits well with the theme

Frame came bent and cracked and scratched up and is very cheaply made. Even the plexiglass was scratched up.

My order was great other than the package being left a foot away from being covered on the porch. If it had rained, it would’ve gotten wet.

So far so good. 2 orders. Very good quality. 2nd order had issues with the glass. Great customer service-new glass arrived within a few days.

Not solid wood. it's is a msd type pressed particle board with a wood colored sticker. it does feel heavy (like mdr, real wood is lighter) but was right size so keeping it rather than send it back but from the description it sounds like it is supposed to be solid wood that is stained which is not the case. I'm in Florida so any type of press board is problematic with our high humidity.
