I received my acrylic insert to replace an old broken glass one in just 3 days. The measurement and quality are flawless. The price was right and the shipping was faster than expected.

Frame was broke upon arrival - shopping was easy to maneuver through though and will use y’all again if you’ll replace this broken frame.

I wasn't sure if buying a custom made frame online was smart, but I wanted to try. I received the three custom made frames today and they are 100% perfect. I admit I was a little surprised, but was willing to accept some error. I didn't have to. They were communicative during the process and sent me high quality frames from their online store. EASY to do !

Terrible and mediocre junk! The plexiglass is bigger than the frame and is broken in a corner. I can’t even get support because the webpage just takes me to a “Oops! Sorry!” page! $100 in the trash!
