My frame was a stock item, exactly what I wanted "as is" so I didn't request a change of color, finish, or glass (it came with plexiglass) and the price was incredibly reasonable with or without the discount code I applied. Shipping fee brought the total to less than I would've paid just for a frame elsewhere. The frame was well cushioned, arrived in perfect condition despite a hole in the outer box that didn't affect the inner art frame box. I'm also very pleased with the service by staff who answered a question about a custom frame with links to suggested products. I will be a repeat customer!
