Better than I expected!! Great quality and the Lighthouse Flag will look great in our yard!!

Disappointed with this product. I ordered it to frame artwork for a Mother’s Day gift, but it is not nearly what I hoped. Each of the corners has some type of imperfection or minor damage which makes it appear altogether cheap and poorly manufactured. To my surprise, the back does not have a stand, so it must be hung—and the hanging hardware does not even come attached to the frame. There was also a lot of debris in and around the glass from the packaging so the frame would need to be thoroughly cleaned. I will be returning instead.

This company is very diffcult to deal with when it comes to returns. The frame we ordered did not fit the puzzle we were trying to frame The puzzle said the measurements were 24x30 which is the frame we ordered. The puzzle did not fit. We immediatley tried to return the frame and Art to Frame wants us to pay for the lable and a 15 percent restocking charge. The ad on Amazon said free returns up to 30 days. We complained to the company and Amazon. The company said " we are charging the fee because the puzzle mfg is at fault" Amazon agreed we should not pay a fee and is going to re-inburse us any fees chare by Art to Frame. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. THEY ARE PENNY WISE AND DOLLAR FOOLISH. Any online company that can sell nationwiide and internationally without building brick and mortar stores should consider cost from returns of unhappy customers part of the cost of doing busines without a retail store where a customer can see the product before purchasing it or just return it back to the store if unhappy!! Very good quality and packed well. Lovely black color with a bit of reddish accent color showing through from under the black. Goes perfectly with the print I framed in it.

I needed to return this item because the size didn’t work for me. The charge for returning it would be TWICE what I paid for the item.

Rated a zero. No beads it's just red dots of paint. Refused to give me a return shipping label and my total refund.

Frame worked wonderfully

The frame was great quality and manufactured on demand from my order. It’s sturdy, new, and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the value of the order and plan to go back to ArtToFrames for any future framing needs.

I really like the frame and would have given it 5 stars except that the hardware appears to have been thrown loose into the box and one of the hooks for the wire is missing.

I saw some questionable reviews about this frame but bought it anyway. I regret it. This is extremely poor quality wood pulp and was broken in the box because the frame quality cannot even support its own weight. Do not buy this. The return/refund policy is also a nightmare so I’m likely not getting my money back either. Giant scam.
