I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and colleagues - the site was easy to use to swap out frame and mat colors, It arrived quickly, safely and I was refunded the taxes I paid since I submitted a non-profit tax exempt certificate. I did not receive the frame. My husband and I found out today that the frame was delivered to our NEIGHBOR. He brought it to us today and he said the frame was broken in many pieces and was falling out of the box. I am a fan of Amazon but I'm very disappointed regarding the frame. For several days now I alerted Amazon that I had Not received my package (black frame). I had ordered the cute frame for my granddaughters birthday next month. Didn't want to disappoint her, so I Ordered another one. I will be returning the broken one and am requesting a refund. E. Mckenzie

Nice quality picture frame.

I didn’t have high expectations, but the frame arrived in great condition, it was packaged with much care and it’s so lovely! It fits perfectly with the artwork that I wanted to frame. I’m very pleased. It was worth the amount. Also the fact that I couldn’t find the right awkward size for my litho print anywhere and would actually look cute. This print fits perfectly in this frame! The quality of the frame is lovely! I’m happy with it. Best
