Perfect! Have been looking for a double frame of this size for decades

This company was very quick and easy to use. The web site was easy to navigate.

Really awful frames for the price. The backing is literally flimsy cardboard with a cheap, tacky “ART TO FRAMES” pattern printed repeatedly across it. This is not disclosed or shown in the product images. The company refers to “glass,” but what I received was cheap, flimsy acrylic. The frames also appear much thicker and more substantial in the photos than they are in person.

The product pages advertise “30-day returns,” but the company does not publish an actual return policy anywhere on its website. The FAQ instructs customers not to return anything without first contacting the company and tells them to review its “DETAILED RETURN POLICY,” yet there is no hyperlink and no policy provided. I searched the entire site and eventually found a return link in the Terms of Use, but it only redirected me to a contact form. There was still no information explaining the return terms.

I contacted the company and explained that I was disappointed by the undisclosed cardboard backing, flimsy acrylic, and lack of a published return policy. These were five 16x24 frames purchased to display my photography in an official museum exhibition, and they were completely unsuitable for that purpose.

Their response ignored every concern I raised. They simply informed me that I would have to pay to ship all five frames back, that my original shipping charges would not be refunded, and that they would not provide a return label. They also stated that the refund would be processed within five business days after receiving the return.

Those are material terms that customers deserve to know before making a purchase, especially when ordering multiple large frames that are expensive to return. The poor quality was disappointing, but the company’s refusal to address any of my concerns is what prompted me to write this review. I am sharing my experience so other artists and photographers understand what they may actually receive and what returning it could cost them.

Not used to things working out for me. But this frame didn't fall apart, and fit my picture perfectly! ????it!

I recently discovered Art to Frame and find their frames well made with quick delivery. I will order from them again.
