Frame was perfect upon arrival. I was surprised on the packing when it arrived. It was packed well, but one end of the box was open - and had one piece of tape to hold the sides together ! What if it had been raining oustide ?-- but all in all I love the frame but curious IF that was normal for shipping

The protective film on all 4 sides is so difficult to remove without tabs. We had to resort to an online search re options to remove it. Ww e’ve been advised to soak it, attach heavy duty, tape, etc… it shouldn’t be this hard. Save yourself the time and frustration – go with a different brand.

I thought this was a 12x28 frame plus a 2” mat that would be perfect for my 8x24 print. However, it’s a 16x32 matted down to 12x28. I have other photos to print that will be good for this frame but it was disappointing that it didn’t fit the print I’ve got because it took a little extra time to arrive.

Very nice frame, but it arrived with no hooks and wires. Now I have to search for those and mount them to the frame. Frame is leaning against the wall for now. Disappointed.

Unpacked item and discovered two corners were damaged, one was really bad.

The frame was alittle cheaper looking than I expected and cough ave fit together tighter.

Wife tends to buy prints with no regard to how much custom framing will cost. I make sure to measure everything twice when i order the frames, hoping i won't have to trim anything. This last time I ordered from ArtToFrames, every one of the prints fit the frames that I ordered perfectly (7 in all). (When ordering, make sure to be aware of the 1/4 inch overhang.) AND, I ordered standard free delivery and the the order showed up way before scheduled! Will definitely use them again.

Very nice picture frame I was looking for something other than glass these are very pretty and sturdy heavier than I thought but good quality

Exactly what I was looking for and great price and quality.

I wanted to like this frame. It was the exact size I needed and the right color. It was fairly expensive, considering the $10 shipping too, but then when I opened the package, I saw that the corners looked bad. They were not well aligned and there was some peeling on the edge. Overall, it didn’t look like what I wanted to hang in my house. I didn’t even open the rest of the package. Just boxed it back up and sent it back.
