The frame I ordered arrived quickly. It is well-made and fits perfectly. Will definitely order from them again.

This is a great company to get frames from. The only trouble I've had is having to fight to get a new frame sent one a broken one is received. Excellent pricing and shipping times. I really like being able to put a image in the frame so I can pick the proper one.

Exactly what I wanted and it arrived FAST!

My first shipment did not go well, the glass was broken and the frame was damaged. When I shipped it back there gave me the option to reorder, or get a
Refund. I reorder and was happy with how fast i got it, and this time it was in good shape. The frame worked out well and now is hanging in my dining room wall

I've recently been ordering a particular frame in different sizes. The workmanship is spot on, and I receive emails as discounts are being offered. I've had the opportunity to work with Customer Support and am very pleased with the results of my calls. In fact, when I reordered from a previous order, I was given the matching discount. Plus, my order was received within 2-4 days. This is truly quality and attention to details offered by ArtToFrames!

The frame looks wonderful with the painting! The gold accent complements its yellows and oranges. The packaging was very thorough and nothing was damaged in shipping. My only complaint was the 12 metal darts were in the wrong place (my canvas was 1/2" deep) so I had to painstakingly remove each with plyers to not cause any damage.

Ordered a frame Aug 30 for a special occasion. OnTrac delivered it Sunday, Sep 6 — you could hear the broken glass before opening the box.

Requested a replacement Sep 7. No response. Called Sep 10, then had to photograph shards of glass to prove it. Approved Sep 12, replacement promised. It's Sep 13 and nothing has shipped. The occasion passed while I waited.

Meanwhile they found time to email me "Enjoy Your New Purchase."

The packaging failed, the carrier is a known problem, and the claims process puts the burden entirely on the customer. Two stars at best.
