Came with the wood chipped. Other than that beautiful frame

We received some Lithograph artwork while on a cruise. A Kre8 piece. We purchased this frame for that piece of art. The art fit perfectly however, the total frame support is lacking. We are hanging this piece horizontally and the top of the frame, where it is hanging on the wall is bowing. There is very little weight in this piece, it is simply hanging up and bowing. While it is still hanging on the wall and is sturdy in its own way, but not 100% for what we wanted.

The customer service at ArtToFrames is second to none! I am so impressed with their patience and knowledge and sincere desire to help! Over the years, I have placed orders for several puzzle, poster, and artwork frames that look amazing, and most recently I ordered more custom puzzle frames (always measure your completed puzzles- don’t trust what the puzzle box says) and custom frames with mats that came just a little banged up. The imperfections weren’t huge but were unlike the awesome quality I received in the past so I just called to ask and they were extremely helpful and replaced every single item that was less than perfect, no questions asked. I was already a forever customer but my recent experience just further supports me highly recommending them for any of your framing needs.

Package arrived quickly and the frames are gorgeous.

Looks good but is plastic and has cheap fiberglass “glass”. Not worth what I paid for it.

Lightweight but sturdy

First frame arrived broken. Second frame shipped promptly. Frame corners had ink on them which got onto my ceiling & all over my hands and watch. Poor quality & quality control. Would not purchase again.

The picture looks great in the frame. If I need to get another frame that size I will order that again
