ArtToFrames offered the best and most varied selection of frames in a 24x30" size for my yarn puzzle. My frame was a stock item, exactly what I wanted "as is" so I didn't request a change of color, finish, or glass (it came with plexiglass) and the price was incredibly reasonable with or without the discount code I applied. Shipping fee brought the total to less than I would've paid just for a frame elsewhere. The frame was well cushioned, arrived in perfect condition despite a hole in the outer box that didn't affect the inner art frame box. I'm also very pleased with the service by staff who answered a question about a custom frame with links to suggested products. I will be a repeat customer!

Not true to size. Some areas are up to 1/2 and inch larger which caused problems. As you can see in the image, I had to purchase a custom mat to fit my clients painting without gaps visible. Lost some revenue because of this, but I would order from them again. Great job overall and awesome packaging.

Perfect fit and exactly what I expected.

I knew I wanted to frame this panoramic photo but wanted it to be a showstopper with a mat and all and couldn't find the size anywhere! Art to Frame did a great job exactly sizing it and shipping it timely! Now it's the focal point of our bedroom!

I have been searching for this color frame for a long time and finally found it here. ArtToFrames has every color under the sun. Color was true to the online sample. I received my order in record time and am very pleased overall. I have received a lot of compliments on them in just the short time that I have had them on the wall. I will be redoing the photo gallery in my loft and on my stairway wall and would definitely order from ArtToFrames again.. P.S. My granddaughter LOVED the big sheets of bubble wrap that the frames were packaged in. They kept her occupied while I put the photos in the frame. :-)

This was one of the only places I could find a stock frame in this size. And in a plethora of finishes. Item arrived extremely well packaged although the plexiglass had a small star crack in the corner but isn't visible because it's hidden behind the lip of the frame itself. Hopefully it doesn't spread.

Frames were nicely done with a quality finish.
