This was one of the only places I could find a stock frame in this size. And in a plethora of finishes. Item arrived extremely well packaged although the plexiglass had a small star crack in the corner but isn't visible because it's hidden behind the lip of the frame itself. Hopefully it doesn't spread.

Frames were nicely done with a quality finish.
Hangers where provided and easy to install

I had several puzzles that are not standard sizes. I found ArtToFrames and I am so pleased with how my puzzles look in the frames. I love my framed puzzles. This was my second order and I plan to order more. All of the puzzles fit perfectl.

I have been searching for this color frame for a long time and finally found it here. ArtToFrames has every color under the sun. Color was true to the online sample. I received my order in record time and am very pleased overall. I have received a lot of compliments on them in just the short time that I have had them on the wall. I will be redoing the photo gallery in my loft and on my stairway wall and would definitely order from ArtToFrames again.. P.S. My granddaughter LOVED the big sheets of bubble wrap that the frames were packaged in. They kept her occupied while I put the photos in the frame. :-)

I communicated with customer service prior to my order and was assured that a 3/8" radius corner could be cut. There was no way to specify the radius in the order, so I used the note section in the order form to indicate that the corners needed to be a 3/8" radius. Corners arrived with a 1-1/2" radius.

Furthermore, I indicated that my image size was 26-1/8" x 9-13/16". The opening is too large for the print as evidenced by the photo.

I emailed customer service on March 14 and have not yet received a response.

Please recut the mat correctly and resend.
