Great customer support and end result was perfect. I love my piece. It arrived in perfect condition via UPS. I had requested extra packing seeing as some customers were complaining about receiving damaged packages.

This company is top notch ! They had an odd size that I needed and they got it shipped out in one day and it was here with 3 days . It’s perfect !

I ordered a frame that came in a large box with no padding, and it was broken.
I immediately text Art to Frame, and they said they would send a new frame out tomorrow and they did.

Love the color

We were a bit worried as the web site acted a little wonky while we were trying to design. (E.g., product in cart would look off, but then we weny back, the design looked fine - ? We tried Chrome and Firefox, same result.) But our framed collages came out beautiful, and just what we designed. Packaged meticulously, and arrived without a scratch.
