I gave it 4 stars because there were no hangers in the box nor in a baggy attached to the packaging. I double checked to make sure. Other than that, the frame is very nice, the matts have 2 options, one black and one white, each with very nice beveled edging.

The frame arrived completely snapped. Even the cellophane wrapping failed to cover the broken wood. Terrible design and poor quality. The return policy is just as disappointing. You have to pay for return shipping with no QR code provided. You only receive a refund after they receive and inspect the damaged product they sent you. Why should customers pay to return something that arrived broken? Would not recommend.
