The original order came completely shattered. I decided to give them another shot to replace it and it was shipped immediately and came undamaged. They made me whole and I will use the again in the future.

I love the frames! Gave 4 stars because you have to attach the tooth hangar to the back. Difficult to do. Finally had to secure them with super glue.

Order arrived fast and in great shape. It was so nice having the photo printed, matted and framed all in one order. I chose a top mat that is a bit too yellow because it is difficult to tell exactly what color you're ordering - there are many whites and the discriptions don't seem to match the color. Other than that I am thrilled with my new framed photo!

A great selection of frames and I was amazed that the speed of delivery. I’m happy to know that it’s a Connecticut company. Buying local is important to me.

My two frames arrived, beautifully wrapped for protection. The two matching frames were exactly what I needed to frame original artworks. It was simple to do. I added brown Kraft paper to the backs for a more professional finish, and look forward to hanging the pictures. I appreciated how helpful and clear the service person was with whom I spoke when ordering. She helped me stick to my budget.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This was the worsts customer experience ever. I ordered the light wood frame and the frame was damaged upon arriving. The wood colors didn’t match and it was unfinished and had a rough texture that was sharp. (Not the normal grain) after requesting a refund they required us to return it and did not include a shipping label. We were required to pay $89 for shipping and told we would get a reimbursement. We were denied a reimbursement TWICE after being reassured we would get one.

Excellent quality and color. I ordered 18x24. Love it.
