Zero stars. Head was cut off of the picture. Will never use again. Can not return.

This is a lovely frame, very sturdy, perfect color for my choice. Very happy with this purchase, only wish it came with a matte as well. I love it, framed a picture and gave as a house warming gift. Beautiful ????

You better pray you like this frame because the refund is a joke. The frame itself did not feel durable. It didn’t have anything on the back of the frame to hang it on the wall. The color is more muted than the pictures look. I paid $86 dollars for this frame. I returned it, and I got $10 back. They charged me SIXTY DOLLARS for shipping to send back, and ELEVEN dollars for “restocking fee”. And a few bucks in just BS. What a joke. Would have been more worthwhile with the same return to just throw in the garbage instead of spending the gas to drive it to a UPS to return it. Will never be buying a frame from this company ever again.

Love this frame I bought! Perfect size for my art. Framed a Batik fabric that I made in Bali. Indonesia…tried to share a photo but unable to access it.

Thank you? ————— I’m looking for frames for holy images so I have relatively high standard for colors, finishes, etc. 1.The gold color of the frame is not as rich or authentic for me. The shade is a bit light and doesn’t meet the level of dignity and solemnity I hoped for a formal sacred portrait. 2.This frame leans more towards a vintage style I feel. 3. The actual frames have some dark short line details, which was not reflected in the product images on Amazon. I didn’t’t expect this and what I wanted was a smooth golden finish. Therefore, I have decided to return the item. I hope you can update either the product photos or the actual product so that the images accurately reflect the real item. Thank you!

I will try to be polite, but this is complete trash. Not 8x8, the cardboard inside does not fit 8x8, for 60+ dollars for a frame, you would expect it to work as it should, but the frames I bought for 5 dollars work better than this. This does hold 8x8 pictures, if you like them sliding down to the bottom and piling on top of one another, leaving the rest of the frame blank. You should do everyone in the world a favor and leave the frame business, Art to Frames.

I bought the mahogany colored frame for a Thomas Kincaid Batman puzzle. Based on the dimensions listed on the puzzle box and I thought the color of the frame would enhance the puzzle. It looks very nice. One thing to remember when buying this frame for a puzzle is to bend the metal tabs that holds the backing in place straight back against the frame because that puzzle is going fit very snug. Once you get the puzzle pretty much seated you may find that you will need to push some of the puzzle pieces down into place.

The frame looks good and feels solid. My only complaint is that when I opened the hardware to install the wire for hanging the frame there was only one screw instead of two! Inconvenient - now I have to find a suitable one as a replacement! I’m sure this doesn’t happen very often!
