Great customer service!!! Addressed all my needs

The frame itself was good but the hook used to hang it was very inadequate and we needed to buy another hook hanger

Perfect standard poster size. I bought it for an Alice in Wonderland poster my husband bought for me. Looks great in my office. I did add a sawtooth hanger to the back.

Excellent quality, perfect color for the mat. It was shipped quickly and in quality packing!

Well made frame and was a perfect size for my marriage certificate. Glad I found this frame or otherwise would have needed a custom frame.

Read any fine print. This is a misleading and manipulative company to order from. If it’s the wrong size or doesn’t end up working for your space… they call that an error on your end and make you pay for shipping costs to return. The shipping costs in my case were $100 - which was more than what the item cost. Absolutely unreasonable and clearly not interested in providing proper customer service.

Nowhere in the description does it warn you about a California prop 65 warning. I even did a search using the AI for questions. Nothing came up.

Frame is beautiful!! I used it for a diamond art i had done. It goes perfect with tge highland cow theme!!
