The first delivery, the glass was broken. The company was quick to respond and made it right sending out a new glass.

The frames were well priced and look great. The frame size and matte boards are a perfect fit. I'll be using Art to Frame again.

The first order took a bit to figure out but mostly my inexperience w uploading my pictures. Love love love my frames. The fit my needlework beautifully. Fast delivery and excellent product. Highly recommend this company!

The frame itself is great - except it was delivered in a thin, cardboard wrapper. It was delivered in front of my garage (not the front door) in the pouring rain. No bubble wrap to protect the contents. I had to dry it myself and let it air-dry for several days to get the moisture from the wood & plastic. I bought it to display a beautiful translation of John 3:16. It's been 8 days; the backing is warped, and the wood has a watermark. I can't use it. I'll have to buy another frame. Nice frame - poor delivery.

Not cut correctly. One edge had an extra protrusion sticking out. Luckily it wasn't large enough to not fit in the frame I was using.

I paid a little more for this version than what was available elsewhere, but the options made it worth it because I got the frame and mat colors that perfectly matched the artwork. It really stands out and looks great.

I love that I had a choice of colors for my puzzles. They arrived quickly, were packaged very securely, and my puzzles look fantastic!

Definitely need two people to assemble.
