Beautiful

Better off going to hobby lobby. Frame is very cheap and flimsy. The backing is way too loose. Not worth the money. Very disappointed and waiting to hear back from customer services for a refund.

The item was broken when arrived. I've ordered several of these frames for my diamond painting and thankfully this is the first to come damaged. Going to return the broken frame to get a new one.

I was looking forward to a nice frame, but what I received was an inferior, low quality product. Two of the frame's corners were out of alignment (one edge sticking up higher than the other, creating a ridge rather than a flush surface), and one of them has a visible gap. Three of the sides have scratches/blemishes/dents. This is not something I can hang on my wall and is definitely not worth the amount I paid for it.

The frame was delivered, and I assembled it. I did not order a glass since it was a large frame, so I created a cardboard backing for the post to attach to. The end product is just what we needed.

Always a positive experience. Deliveries are always great; early or on time with what is scheduled online.

I love how the photos look in this frame, and it’s very easy to install; it’s a bit pricey, but the photo looks really beautiful.

Fit my 43” frame tv perfectly! This was half the price of the frames that are meant for the frame tv. Deducting one star bc the gold is pretty shiny in person. I rubbed behr dark vintage wax on it for a more vintage look

Not having any directions included was a disappointment but the frame itself fit our puzzle perfectly and the clear acrylic cover will protect the puzzle well. The frame seemed to be sturdy enough and the mounting hardware was sufficient to get it on the chosen wall.
