Very nice frame. Good mat. Just be aware there is nothing to hold the pictures in place. I had to use adhesive photo corners stuck to the mat and folded so they would not show through the mat. Have grandkids pictures in the frame so the corners will let me swap out pics as they get older.

I purchased 3 11x14 brown frames for art work, and the frames were exactly what I was looking for! They are absolutely gorgeous!

I ordered 6 of these beautiful frames and had to send 2 back because they didn’t fit the space. Kept 4 shipped 2 back, cost be $136 and would not reimburse me and the frames were in original packaging and not used. Another thing, I thought they were glass frames but they’re acrylic and very expensive. I’ll never order from ArtstoFrame again.

I have used ArtToFrames for a few of my odd-sized pictures and I have never been disappointed. What is available on Amazon seems to be their most basic models, but they have upgrades available on their site. I noticed some people talking about damage from shipping, but I have never had an issue and their product has always been well protected.

Ordered a 30x34 for the rare, unique Odyssey opening night IMAX poster, universally understood to be 30x34. Our first order, we noticed only 2 of the corners had the protective cardboard pieces and 1 of 4 edges was properly secured via shrink wrap. Sure enough, we laid it down and the right edge broke in half, likely due to poor handling across delivery while not being secured. Reached out to customer support who took pictures and sent out a replacement frame only. 9 days later (somehow sent on Amazon tracking which cannot actually be tracked manually) the replacement shows up properly framed but by the tiniest mm looks off. We finally put the poster in and ... it's roughly a quarter inch too short. Considering everyone and their mother has measured this thing 10x over, the 30x34 poster is not the problem - it's this custom-made frame that was clearly made with an inaccurate ruler, if one at all.

Quality products. The web site is easy to use and the frames come packaged well with prompt delivery.
Wide selection of options.

The matting is great and so is the shipping. However, the quality of the frames is terrible. What is described on the website as a “maple” frame is actually a film/veneer of computer-generated maple grain pattern wrapped around a composite board core.

This will be my last order from Art To Frames.

On Trac left my package in the road outside of a gated community where it was run over. On Trac has done this several times. No such issue with UPS, FedEx , etc
