I had a very oddly sized poster that needed a specific frame to fit properly. I was able to order a custom-sized frame in the color I desired, and it matched and fit perfectly! Arrived well packaged and in great shape, which was also a breath of fresh air after attempting to order a frame from another website that arrived damaged. Love the frame made a beautiful wedding portrait of my daughter and son in law, we'll made frame, came quickly. Wrapped so well it was a challenge to get it unwrapped.????

Shipping was great and quality seems good but I wish the wood frame was smoothed down so there wouldn’t be so many splintered pieces

So the package was in the rain overnight
Thankfully the merchandise was not damaged
