The frame is fine but buyer beware I received the wrong size it was a $65 frame this company is charging $45 to return there error and taking my time think twice

Frame not very well made if you pick it up from the top it moves for enough that the little metal piece that hold every thing in place at the top moves and let’s picture and backing come loose at top. NOT WORTH THE MONEY but I have it so will try and fix it

Product does not fit a 19.75x26.75 inch puzzle like it states it does. The frame is infuriatingly just barely too small

The first frame I received had subpar miters with only 1/4 being what I consider passable with slight gaps in between them. I contacted customer service and they promptly dealt with the issue and sent me a replacement frame. The new frame is better quality with more attention to detail. Based on the corrected frame and my customer service experience I would order from this supplier again.

Your selection of frames was wonderful, and the turnaround matched. Perfectly packed, so that in spite of a ding in the outer box, nothing was damaged. I will shop with you again! Thank you very much.

Beautiful frame and reasonably priced, but the frame arrived with a broken glass. The frame wasn't properly protected for shipping (only a very thin layer of bubble wrap was placed in the shipping box with the frame); the shipping box was thin cardboard and not labeled as GLASS, HANDLE WITH CARE, or FRAGILE. A great frame, but terrible packaging and shipping.

Read the reviews before purchasing as this frame was intended for a special drawing. Needed an unusual size and with the double matte boards this frame was perfect. Very nice finish and was also impressed with the packaging! Would recommend.
