I purchased two different frames 15x18 from two different companies to see which would look better with my poster. For $5, the difference in quality is unmatched. This frame looks as if it were an investment purchase into what might not be such an expensive piece of artwork. The poster certainly will look leaps and bounds more professional enclosed within a frame such as this. Spend the extra few dollars. It is worth it.

I received the lamp shades that I ordered. The company used cheap material for the frame (plactic). Before I opened the box, i could hear something loose. When I opened the box, the lamp frame was broken and the shape was bent so much that I could not use straighten it out. I am requesting a refund or a better replacement lamp shade. Note, I like the look of the lamp shade, but for the price it was cheaply made. Very cheap made.

Exactly what I wanted

If I didn’t absolutely NEED this today to use for a gift, I would’ve returned it. Came broken. The flimsy plastic kept falling out of the frame, had to use duct tape on the back to keep everything together. One small wind, this frame will probably implode. Also “mahogany” looks like cherry wood.

The frame color was accurate. I’m giving it two stars because it didn’t come with a sturdy backing. The white backing is just a thin piece of corrugated cardboard and it had a serial number imprinted on it. So I couldn’t use it as a backdrop for the image I was framing.

Great company. Delivers as promised, appropriately package to ensure no breakage. Very responsive to requests. Second time ordering and will continue.

When the glass inside the frame was delivered broken, you immediately addressed my problem and shipped out a replacement! Thank you! Great customer service!
