Very easy to customize. High quality frame. Would easily buy again

Very satisfied with the frame. Looks good with the picture I chose.

I ordered this frame, and it arrived broken, specifically the actual frame itself. The ArtOfFrames was prompt in exchanging it and sending a new one, but the second frame arrived broken in the exact same way. It is a nice-looking frame, but I can see that it's just cheap particle board painted nicely, since the actual frame portion broke with each shipment. The build quality, combined with the fact that both times the frame was shipped in a box that was too large and had zero buffering or padding, is pretty disappointing. I really wanted this frame for its looks, but the company needs to get its shipping packaging in order. Also, now seeing how cheaply it was made, despite looking nice, I do not think it warrants the price tag. Just be advised if you are looking at this frame for build quality.

Still not big enough for the puzzle size it says it is for

Very disappointed. Waited for a while for it and the glass ( plexiglass), plastic, whatever it is has a big crack that is starred like a windshield break. Sending it back,

Poor quality frame. One corner is open and not mounted correctly.
