As usual the requested frames arrived well packaged well measured and unbroken... Within minutes of arrival I had the paintings into their frames and ready for delivery. It could not have been easier placing the order. And the website has a tool that makes it easy to upload a photo of your painting into whatever frame you want to try. That alone was fun to do. Changing frames to see how the painting looked over and over.

About the product:
The frame arrived broken. It took several attempts for the company to acknowledge this. I still have not received a replacement.
