At least the box wasn't empty. Other than that, it might as well have been. This item as constructed isn't worth the price and I am so HAPPY I got a full refund. I have bought dollar store frames with more strength and effort put in to their construction. The finish was marred right on the top right. The tiny staples used to close the corners are akin to what would be used in a child's toy. The plastic cover is an affront to the print I intended to put into this. garbage style, ready for recycling right out of the box, hideous picture frame. I had to give one star for the folks being honest about returns' Don'y buy this.

The wolf diamond art I made looks awesome in this frame. My son loved it!

Fantastic work for a great price, Thank you and so quick too

I order a couple different size frames from this company often, and have had 2 hiccups. BUT the customer service is super trustworthy and helped resolve the oopsies very efficiently. the products, though not solid wood, are strong clean, and packaged well for shipping. fantastic price, great quality, and excellent customer service. these guys are hitting it out of the park. THANK YOU!

It sounds funny to say but I was prepared for the worst: broken glass, wrong size, etc. IT WAS PERFECT! Fit like a glove in the old picture frame. Was packaged beautifully for shipment to prevent breakage. Thank you.

I ordered a frame that came in a large box with no padding, and it was broken.
I immediately text Art to Frame, and they said they would send a new frame out tomorrow and they did.

Frame came out perfect fit and easy to order.

Paid extra for hanging hardware that was supposed to be installed but that didn’t happen.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience that exceeded my expectations. Beautiful work arrived seamlessly at my door! Thank you!

I was skeptical about ordering a piece of glass online and being able to get it in one piece. Not only was it in one piece, but it arrived very quickly. It was extremely well packed. I would definitely recommend Art to Frames and order from them again.
