Disappointed the seller would not pay for the return of the product

The product was okay, when I try to return them because my framer felt as a product would not work for my valued artwork to seller would not pay to have the product returned. The product cost more to return than the cost of the product which was very disappointing to me. There was never stated in the return policy so therefore I was surprise and I will not buy another product from this company.
