I like that you submit your art dimension then determine the mat border you prefer and the frame dimensions are calculated for you. That's simpler than working from the frame size back to your art dimensions.

Horrible. The sizing was off and I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 1 week but every single time, the call goes to automated voice which records a message but no one returns the call

It’s a beautiful frame. I bought these pictures in Italy.

I've used them for several projects. The website is user friendly. They produce quality work. I had an issue with shipping damage and they took care of it, no hassle. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It has been too long a wait, and the order has not arrived.

Much less expensive than other website I looked at. The frame fit perfectly and came quickly. Very pleased and will definitely use your services again.

As usual, the requested frames arrived well packaged, well measured and unbroken... Within minutes of arrival, I had the paintings into their frames and ready for delivery. It could not have been easier placing the order. And the website has a tool that makes it easy to upload a photo of your painting into whatever frame you want to try. That alone was fun to do. Changing frames to see how the painting looked over and over.

It's fine, but for the price it feels a bit cheap (likely b/c it was a custom size). The order process and delivery was all good.

Item as ordered timely shipped.

I had a free shipping code for signing up for text messages and it did not work. I called several times with no answer and left messages with no reply. Product was ok..
