Delivery was very fast but came a little scratched. In general the frame was what expected ????????

I love the look of the frame. It arrived broken due to cheap packaging. The frame isn't wood, just painted to look like wood. It's a shame, because I would have bought more if it was wood and arrived intact.

The items were good, but the return policy was not great,It cost more to return the product than the product itself as a result. I lost $85. But I was able to keep the product.

The board is covered in the company's logo for some stupid reason and you can see it around the edges of my picture. All this brand had to do was make a frame with a plain white board just like every other frame i've ever bought. Why they would think to do this is just beyond me.

Not true to size. Does not fit a 1000 piece puzzle as advertised. It is very cheap looking/feeling, not worth $30+ and cost over $10 to return it.

Frame quality is top notch. Frame and mat sizes were exactly as ordered. Shipping was exceptionally fast and was packaged with care.
