I ordered and paid for three frames. You sent me one. Do you plan to send me the other two?

You guys always do an excellent job, even on this replacement glass. You are the best.

Frames and mats turned out just as I was hoping. Very good quality. The website was easy to navigate and provided multiple ways to tailor a frame and mat perfect for my artwork. Delivery was also very quick. I would definitely use this product for future projects.

Perfect frame for my butterfly puzzle. It looks so good in the frame.

I’m so impress with this beautiful frame! I couldn’t believe the price! I was glad that it didn’t come assembled. So much cheaper to ship it in pieces. It was super easy to put together and it was surprisingly sturdy once I got the butterfly connectors in place. Truly pleased with my purchase!

Product received with multiple places scratched or pulled up exposing the particle product under the black paint and each frame came with separate hanging pieces. Great to have a way to hang but doesn’t make sense for it to be two separate methods.

Its a nice frame.. looks beautiful, however I think it was too expensive for the picture I placed in it. the cost was the same as the frame. it was an odd sized frame, im happy with it. Just costs more then anticipated

It fit the puzzle but it's so big that the top and bottom parts of the frame bend away from the front plastic. It's held together by essentially 3 staples in each corner, not enough to hold its shape well. We mounted it with adhesive velcro strips to the wall for extra support because the included wire did not seem like it could manage on its own. The puzzle looks great up on our wall at the end of the day!

Beautiful and very well made frame! Perfect for our marriage license.

This expensive frame is terrible quality! And you have to pay to send it back for a refund, which costs almost as much as the frame! This is a scam.
