Very fair pricing and my order came very fast. Quality was great too!!

Frame arrived broken and plexiglass scratched as well. Upon arrival I realized this frame is very cheaply made and of poor quality. For the price, go elsewhere.

The frame arrived, and I truly love the idea and the craftsmanship. I was excited to hang it, but the corner wedges were missing, even after we searched through the packaging several times.I emailed customer service on Sunday, and the Wednesday reply simply asked for photos of everything we received. When I called, I was told the same thing again. I had hoped for an apology and reassurance that the missing pieces were already being sent, but that didn’t happen. My husband became frustrated and decided to find a solution himself. I was really looking forward to trying more of this company’s products since we have additional framing needs, but the customer service experience unfortunately fell short

I like that you submit your art dimension then determine the mat border you prefer and the frame dimensions are calculated for you. That's simpler than working from the frame size back to your art dimensions.

Horrible. The sizing was off and I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 1 week but every single time, the call goes to automated voice which records a message but no one returns the call

I really like this frame and how it looks on my wall. It does not come with the hanging device needed already installed on the back of the frame. I wish it had them installed because arthritis makes it hard for me to do that type of thing. Nevertheless, it’s done and beautiful! The way the matte is cut is especially nice since the light color accentuates the pictures in the frame. No local stores carried a frame montage for 20 images, also.

I have many frames purchased from art of frames. This is the largest and I am very unhappy with his friend. The style is fine. But the frame itself is floppy and unstable when moving

It’s a beautiful frame. I bought these pictures in Italy.

I've used them for several projects. The website is user friendly. They produce quality work. I had an issue with shipping damage and they took care of it, no hassle. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It has been too long a wait, and the order has not arrived.
